I acknowledge that I have received and read a copy of the regulations (see top of this page) of the Marché Centre-Ville. I acknowledge that I must comply with these rules and regulations. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the revocation of my privilege to sell at the Marché Centre-Ville or a fine.*

If I am accepted as a merchant, I understand that customers may inquire about my name and contact information. Unless I specify otherwise in writing, other than by my signature, I agree that this information may be provided to anyone making such inquiries.

You must pay for your kiosk on the same Saturday as the market.*

If I am accepted as a merchant, I must comply with the following regulations, otherwise I could be suspended or expelled;

• I must not make false and misleading accusations against the Market;

• I must not criticize the Market, its employees or its merchants in an untimely and repeated manner;

• I must not disrespect the Market, its employees, its vendors or its customers
