I acknowledge that I have received and read a copy of the regulations (see top of this page) of the Marché Centre-Ville. I acknowledge that I must comply with these rules and regulations. Failure to comply with these rules may result in the revocation of my privilege to sell at the Marché Centre-Ville or a fine.

If I am accepted as a merchant, I understand that customers may inquire about my name and contact information. Unless I specify otherwise in writing, other than by my signature, I agree that this information may be provided to anyone making such inquiries.

You must pay for your kiosk on the same Saturday as the market.

IMPORTANT

Acceptance of all applications is at the discretion of the Market Committee and Downtown Edmundston. Previous merchant status may be considered but does not guarantee acceptance. All passes remain the property of the Downtown Market Committee and may be canceled or suspended at the promoter's discretion.
